What Happens After You Place an Order

Once your order is placed:

  1. Your sauna is prepared for shipment at the manufacturer’s warehouse

  2. You receive tracking information once it ships

  3. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery when applicable

  4. Your sauna is delivered to your address

Most sauna deliveries are curbside freight delivery, meaning the crate is delivered to the curb or driveway. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna indoors unless inside delivery or white-glove service is arranged separately.
