Most saunas are delivered via professional carriers using curbside freight delivery. This means the crate is delivered to the curb or driveway. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna indoors unless inside delivery or white-glove service is arranged separately.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is provided once your order ships from the manufacturer-approved warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by brand and destination. Wizzisaunas orders often deliver within about 7–15 business days after shipment, and Orivon Wellness delivery may range from about 15–60 business days depending on location and carrier availability. Miracle Sauna delivery timelines vary by model and destination.
What should I do when my sauna arrives?
Inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
What if my sauna arrives damaged or has an issue?
Contact SaunaForever as soon as possible. We’ll help review the issue and assist with documentation and next steps, including coordination with the manufacturer and carrier when applicable.
Can I return a sauna if I change my mind?
Because saunas are large, specialized products, returns for change of mind are typically not accepted. Return eligibility depends on the manufacturer and the condition of the product.
How do refunds work?
If a repair, replacement, or refund is approved, processing time varies by manufacturer and payment provider. Orivon Wellness states approved refunds are typically processed within about 30 days.
